Dr. Alexander Juschus
Dr. Alexander Juschus LL.M. (Born 1970) is the former general manager of IVOX GlassLewis GmbH. After studying law at the Universities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Newcastle, Alexander wrote a Ph.D. thesis on Corporate Governance and Shareholder Engagement at the University of Durham/UK. Post academic positions include chief representative of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) in the Germanic markets, general manager of investors voice, and IVOX.
Alexander previously co-chaired ICGN’s shareholder rights committee for six years and holds lectures in corporate governance at the Hamburg School of Business Administration and Mainz University. Additionally, he consults the German Association of Institutional Investors in matters on corporate governance and proxy voting. Furthermore, a number of essays and studies have been published by him.

Dr. Carola Rinker
Dr. Carola Rinker studied economics at Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg and Université Jean Moulin in Lyon. In her dissertation she dealt with the topic "Value relevance of research and development costs" and investigated the relationship between share prices and innovations of listed companies.
She has been offering seminars in accounting for several years on topics such as reading balance sheets, balance sheet analysis, balance sheet cosmetics as well as balance sheet falsification. Executives, supervisory board members and investors regularly attend individual coaching sessions with her. In addition to years of teaching experience at various universities (including Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management, University of Siegen, Duale Hochschule Lörrach), she has held numerous video lectures for the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef.
As an author, she has already published several textbooks as well as articles in professional journals with a focus on accounting.
